I’m a certified Health Coach with an Honours Science degree and a Masters in Neuropharmacology, and I’m passionate about helping people feel healthier and more in control of their well-being. My approach is grounded in real-life experience, coaching principles, and an understanding of how stress, mental well-being, and nutrition are connected.
